release-please's python updater rewrites pyproject.toml but not uv.lock, so the v5.6.0 release left main's lockfile aptl-labs entry at 5.5.0 and the uv-lock pre-commit hook fails on the dev→main promotion (#1164).

  • release-please-config.json: add a toml extra-file for uv.lock ($.package[?(@.name.value=='aptl-labs')].version — release-please's TOML updater wraps scalars, hence .value).
  • tests/test_version_consistency.py: assert uv.lock's own version equals pyproject's, and pin the extra-file config.

After the v5.6.0 back-merge (#1165) lands, this branch picks up dev and regenerates uv.lock to 5.6.0.

aptl-labs entry and guard it with version-consistency tests.
