Document revised control semantics, migrations, and supported behavior #1019

Open

Description

@Brad-Edwards

Publish current reference and migration documentation for the revised control contracts and the behavior established by their execution evidence.

Acceptance criteria

  • Document policy versus occurrence, admitted apparatus versus applicable providers, required versus optional results, and request/admission/execution/delivery/observation outcomes with consistent terminology.
  • Publish executable examples for repeated control cycles, participant-free injects, authored failure/recovery choices, and the supported mixed-execution arrangements.
  • Provide migration instructions for changed SDL, contracts, profiles, and backend interfaces. Link current normative authorities and preserve historical ADR/record interpretation.
  • Align affected architecture diagrams, support tables, requirement completion records, and assurance claims with the demonstrated implementations and explicit limits. Remove contradictory current guidance; retain unrelated identity and replay documentation ownership.

Prerequisites: #1018, #1374.

References: Diagnosis.
