Maybe it would also be helpful to add an example on how to get the face image and the ID data in human readable form (i.e. without the DER encoding and as jpeg respectively) |

Adds a wiki page for the Uruguayan national eID (cédula de identidad), now supported by the
cedulauycard driver (merged inmaster, pending release), and lists it under "Supported eID cards".The page documents the two applet versions (IAS Classic v4, 2015 chip, contact only, and v5, 2022 chip, dual-interface with NFC over PACE), the card capabilities (RSA-2048 signing via PSO, the signing certificate, and the identity data objects), and notes that OpenSC supports both versions over the contact interface.
Card conventions come from AGESIC's public technical documentation of the cédula.
