P1 bug: sin-code daemon help/readiness can hang and lacks bounded diagnostics #521

Description

@Delqhi

Observed behavior

A bounded invocation of sin-code daemon --help did not return during the orchestration audit. A help/readiness path must never initialize providers, databases, networks or long-running loops in a way that can block indefinitely.

Required implementation

  • Reproduce with the current release and main.
  • Ensure --help is side-effect free and completes immediately.
  • Add sin-code daemon doctor or equivalent readiness diagnostics with bounded timeouts.
  • Report database, provider, verify-command and lease-loop readiness without exposing secrets.
  • Add regression tests for help, invalid configuration and unavailable dependencies.

Acceptance criteria

  • sin-code daemon --help completes within one second in CI without credentials or network.
  • Readiness checks have explicit per-probe and global deadlines.
  • Failure output identifies the blocked subsystem and remediation.
