http_app.py wurde bereinigt (9 Audit-Funde behoben), aber Core, Protocol und Hybrid-Memory haben noch redundante Definitionen und doppelte Statements.

Ausfuehren:

cd /Users/jeremy/dev/Simone-MCP
python3 scripts/audit-python-structure.py src

Gefundene Duplikate entfernen und Audit in CI einbinden.
