Display Algorithm in data sharing

I think it will help discard / setup the algo with the false alarm or real one.

This looks like it works to me (for my setup I see 'ML1' because I run the Machine Learning algorithm).
There is a built version for testing here: https://github.com/OpenSeizureDetector/Android_Pebble_SD/raw/refs/heads/beta/releases/app-release-5.1.0a.apk

After testing this as suggested in https://github.com/orgs/OpenSeizureDetector/discussions/253#discussioncomment-18424377 with 5.1.0e, I can confirm that the triggering algorithm is now also displaying for OSD and FLAP events.
I propose to close this issue as "completed".
