The hop-limit disagreement is fixed upstream: affinidi-tdk-rs#806 and vta-browser-plugin#251 both raise
MAX_HOPSto 64. This PR marks thehop-list-limitsfindingfixed, so a recurrence fails CI as a regression and doesn't pass as a known finding.The report is regenerated on merged code (seed 20260916):
--gate known: 0 unexplained or regressed failures, and all 5 drivers ran. The 8 remaining failures are tsp_sdk's decoding leniency, tracked in tswg-tsp-specification#78–#80 and openwallet-foundation-labs/tsp#372.
