Regenerates the committed report now that affinidi/affinidi-tdk-rs#810 is merged, so the affinidi-rust driver advertises
deterministicfrommain(17 capabilities) and itspack-exactcases run.Seed 20260916,
--gate known, all five drivers ran, 0 unexplained failures:Byte-exact
pack-exactnow passes for all 9 classical vectors on affinidi-rust, Go and Dart; the 6 HPKE-Base vectors on tsp-js; and signed-only on the reference. The 8 negative failures are all the reference's decoding leniency (tswg-tsp-specification#78/#79/#80, openwallet-foundation-labs/tsp#372).
