Summary

track whether --pretty or --no-pretty was explicitly provided
let explicit pretty flags override environment-auto-detected agent output
preserve TOON output for default auto-detection and explicit --agent-mode

Testing

npm run generate
./node_modules/.bin/tsup
npm run typecheck
npm test
process-level E2E comparison against main covering default agent output, --pretty, --no-pretty, and explicit --agent-mode --pretty
