Summary

Refreshes the portable CiteWire orchestration checkpoint from canonical main e12d9b6.

• records the public source registry, RSS/MCP projections, optional Studio, connector boundary, classifier, and editorial shadow foundations as merged but inert
• records citewire.org as live over HTTPS
• reconciles current draft integration, Cloud, Linear, Karaya freshness, release, and protected-worktree gates
• adds a sanitized Claude Code launch prompt
• contains continuity artifacts only, with no local paths, credentials, or transcripts

• isolated npm ci: clean, zero vulnerabilities
• npm test: 119/119
• npm run release:check: 5/5
• JavaScript syntax checks: pass
• package dry-run: 51 files, Studio excluded
• orchestration YAML and exactly 17 stream briefs: pass
• portability, stale-state, diff, and continuity-boundary scans: pass
• Node 18 and Node 22 CI: green

This PR remains draft. It does not merge, deploy, activate providers/connectors, migrate data, publish a package, create a release, or submit a registry entry.
