add underscore to variable names where applicable

We usually prefix a function parameter with underscore only if it has a conflict with a global variable. Any reason why this change is necessary?

I'm also not a fan of all parameters having leading underscores but it has been a practice for a lot of the contracts in the dollar repo

I think we prefix all the local scope function variables. Checking 2 of the relatively recent strategy contracts to confirm:
AerodromeAmoStrategy.sol
CompoundingStakingStrategy.sol
