Scope
- Bundle LGPL FFmpeg build (GPL-only codecs like libx264 excluded) as universal binary (arm64 + x86_64) inside the app.
- Point the ffmpeg-path indirection (from wiring issue) at the bundled binary instead of relying on system PATH /
which checks.
Out of scope
- Signing/notarization of the app itself (#follow-up)
