本仓库是产品伞里的"逻辑层"代表产物：**有意钉在 macOS 13**，让卡在 Ventura 的 Intel Mac 仍能用 CLI（GUI `OrzMC.app` 要求 14，因为 `@Observable`）。 在此之前没人拦着把 `platforms:` 抬到 14、也没人验 Intel 切片能不能编。 新增 `platform` job（macos-15）三件事： 1. **声明下限必须是 13**：读 `Package.swift` 的 `.macOS(.v13)`，抬到 14 直接红； 2. **native 产物 minos ≤ 13**：`otool -l orzmc` 读 `LC_BUILD_VERSION` 的 `minos`； 3. **x86_64 能编**：`swift build --arch x86_64` + `lipo -archs` 断言含 `x86_64` （构建插件是 x86_64 可执行文件，所以先确保 Rosetta）。 README 补平台下限说明 + 指向父仓库 `docs/platform-support.md`。
