ci(platform): 带出 Intel(x86_64) CLI 产物，用于 macOS 13 真机冒烟 - #103

真机（Intel MacBookPro12,1 / macOS 13.7.8）上**没有 Swift 6 工具链**： Ventura 最高只能装 Xcode 15（Swift 5.9/5.10），而本包是 `swift-tools-version:6.0` —— 所以"逻辑层能在 13 上运行"这句话，真机只能跑**编好的产物**，不能在那边编。 `platform` job 里把 x86_64 产物 `upload-artifact`（`orzmc-x86_64-macos13`，保留 14 天）， 冒烟时下载 → `scp` 到真机 → 直接跑。同时把 `lipo` / `minos` 打进日志，肉眼可核对。

为什么
真机（Intel MacBookPro12,1 / macOS 13.7.8）上没有 Swift 6 工具链：Ventura 最高只能装 Xcode 15（Swift 5.9/5.10），而本包是
swift-tools-version:6.0。所以「逻辑层能在 macOS 13 上运行」这句承诺，真机只能跑编好的产物，不能在那边编译。于是让
platformjob 把 x86_64 产物带出来。改动
platformjob 里把 x86_64 产物upload-artifact：orzmc-x86_64-macos13（保留 14 天）lipo -archs/minos打进日志，肉眼可核对用途
