   夜间验收连红的根因已修（PR #98，已合 main）：windows-11-arm 上 Temurin 没有 Java 25 的 windows/aarch64 构建（该 URL 直接 404；21 有、25 没有），而 HttpClient.stream_range 把 requests.HTTPError 也当成"流式中途断连"重试 4 次，最终报「下载中途多次断开」—— 真实原因被掩盖，harness 的 UP(gap) 标记（靠 requests 原文）也匹配不到，于是 7 个 case 全判 FAIL。

   修复要点：

   • 4xx/5xx 立即抛 HttpStatusError（带 status/url，保留 requests 原文），不再重试；续传遇 416 且本地已取全 → 按成功返回；
   • JavaEnv 对 404 补一句可执行提示（上游未发布该平台构建，可自装 Java 或换平台）；
   • harness 的 log_contains 改为两侧去掉全部空白再比（rich 软换行会把 URL 切开）。

   验证（手动 dispatch acceptance.yml on main，run 39674450183）：6 平台全绿，windows-11-arm 7/7 判为 UP(gap)（警告，不再 FAIL）。

   后续（需维护者拍板，未做）：是否给 Java 运行时分发加厂商回退 —— Microsoft OpenJDK 有 windows-aarch64 的 25，加了该平台就能真跑最新版；不加则用自装 Java。
