docs(readme): one separator spelling in the prose, not two

The separator commit moved 1 000-resample at :317 because the page carries the
same sentence and the two surfaces had to keep agreeing. It left three other
hand-typed figures at U+0020, so the file came out of that change carrying both
spellings where it had previously been consistent in one.

:178 and :325 move here. :189 does not, and the reason is worth stating: it
is inside a fenced code block, and a reader copies those. A narrow no-break space
in a snippet's comment is a surprise the reader did not ask for, and the README is
not one of the surfaces 0007 §5 clause 8 governs — docs/index.html is.

Found by the review of the stage that made the file inconsistent.
