Persistence IMG (scripts/build-usb-persistence-image.sh の生成物) を 初回リリースの正式配布物から除外することを明記する。 - Persistence IMGは初回リリースでは配布しない - Persistence機能自体は提供する - 通常配布するBase/Standard ISO + Live環境上のGUI (mypocketos-persistence-setup) によるPersistence作成が正式経路 仕様書8.6節・14節・15節・16.3節・17節、README.mdのUSB persistence IMG 生成節、RELEASE_NOTES.mdのPersistence節を更新した。production code・ tests・configは変更していない。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
