assign the functional role of ligands within a PDB complex?

Thank you for developing this excellent tool for PDB complex analysis. I would like to analyze several enzyme-substrate complexes from the Protein Data Bank and figure out which of the binding ligands are substrates and which are not. Can PDBe RelLig help me with this problem?
