When I build a dataset of my own to run dsdp_blind_docking, there are parts of the input that result in this
Floating point exception (core dumped)
It looks like a floating point problem, which would result in no result output, do you guys have any ideas on how to fix this?
I am using AutoDockTools for the input file.
Here is some input file that don't have log and pdbqt output
