Scope
FCL-M2-R1 repairs capture ownership, delivery handling, save errors, and privacy only.
Deliberately untouched
Resolution-tier policy, 24 MP behavior, Coach/planner/templates, cloud/backend behavior, and PR #3 are untouched.
Validation
Windows static/config checks and backend tests/typecheck passed. The Windows host cannot run Xcode, Simulator, SwiftFormat, or XCTest; the iOS workflow is required for CI evidence. Physical-device validation remains pending.
