Retire delivery timeouts when saving starts and reject stale timeout or final-error cancellation once PhotoKit owns completion.
Correct the integration tip and record the implementation commit without claiming CI, re-review, or physical validation.
Retain bounded per-person geometry and route all live guidance through a typed local reducer. Keep manual shutter capture available even when filter credit is exhausted.

This PR is intentionally Draft. Do not merge from this gate. The purpose is to trigger and inspect the repository's existing iOS macOS CI jobs. Physical-device validation, merge, release, and deployment remain separate decisions.
