Итоговая приемка dev на runtime fa0990f (совместно с #837/#839): все15 программ,86 анонимных запросов и43 модели сохранены; отдельный rollback81 запроса на12 legacy-программах PASS, Project+0. Первый GET сразу после завершения открывает работы без publisher. Внешняя проверка подтвердила8 работ программы4, закрытый draft47, неизменность11 исторических публичных деталей и0/false в решениях7/8/9. Итоговые полные PostgreSQL CI и General CI:по1887 tests PASS;39 отдельных lock tests PASS. Dev deploy, all-program audit и rollback acceptance PASS. Production не затрагивается.
