Since Paddle now supports input/dims as aliases for x/axes in paddle.rot90, update torch.rot90 and torch.Tensor.rot90 from GenericMatcher to ChangePrefixMatcher. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
