HSrat_delaydiscounting

Overview: This repository contains data from Heterogeneous Stock (HS) rats that underwent a delay discounting experimental procedure. Here, we provide the phenotype data and processing pipeline for trait calculations for GWAS.

Description: The 'data' folder contains phenotype information for each HS rat including indifference points at delays 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 24. The 'results' folder contains the fitted model information including exponential and hyperbolic k, and AUC.
