This PR adds a guide (to be housed in teacher_content/UU-dyoc) for running the default, example VirtualShip expedition.
In line with the plan for the upcoming DyOc session: this is essentially a stripped-back version of the quickstart guide, for simply familiarising students with the VirtualShip protocol (in the SURF environment) and ironing out any issues prior to running their own expeditions.
My plan is to also upload this tutorial directly to the DyOc SURF environment for quick access.
