Server half of the MSP x/crypto bump. The MSP plugins are built with the same toolchain, which must match the server's exactly, so this pairs with a ParticleMedia/msp PR that moves the submodule pointer here.

  • go.mod: go 1.25.0 + toolchain go1.26.8; golang.org/x/crypto v0.36.0 → v0.52.0, x/net v0.38.0 → v0.54.0, x/sys v0.31.0 → v0.45.0, x/text v0.23.0 → v0.37.0
  • CI (validate.yml, validate-merge.yml), the devcontainer and the Dockerfile pin 1.26.8
  • Go 1.26's printf vet check rejects a non-constant format string, so three call sites stop wrapping fmt.Sprintf in a printf-style function (t.Fatalf, hookexecution.NewFailure, httptest.NewRequest)

Checked locally on go1.26.8: go build ./... and go vet on the touched packages pass.

go.mod moves to go 1.25.0 with toolchain go1.26.8 so the server
matches the MSP plugins' toolchain; x/crypto, x/net, x/sys and x/text
follow. CI, the devcontainer and the Dockerfile pin the same version.
Drops fmt.Sprintf-as-format calls that the 1.26 printf vet check
rejects.
