Restyle the README's skills section in the mcp-use pattern: callout quote with one-line install command up top, then a table of all five skills with their purpose, version pinning instructions, and a pointer to the skills.sh page. Add "Skills" to the top navigation. Goal: every visitor of the repo sees the `npx skills add patterai/patter` one-liner above the fold, which drives the install telemetry that populates skills.sh search index. No SDK runtime change.
