Paul W. Marshall

Founder building Quetra — The Personal Control Layer for AI.

Most AI interfaces start with a prompt box. Quetra starts one layer earlier: arrival, calibration, chat, navigation, and user-governed state.

I build AI-native systems for privacy, agency, governance, civic infrastructure, and resilient coordination. I use coding agents heavily, especially Replit Agent, with architecture, product specification, testing direction, and documentation led by me.
