Avoid accidental room Id leaking

When the url contains a room id external links can leak the url and as a result the swarm by "referrer".

How hard would it be to use the url's hash as room's name?
e.g. https://www.sharefest.me/room#ec90ce95.
The hash does not leak as a referrer.
