Add optional integration with Mexion for profiling MetaXuda workloads on Apple Silicon.

Use case

Use Mexion to inspect runtime behavior and execution timing when testing and optimizing MetaXuda Metal compute workloads.

Proposed approach

Expose the profiling integration as an optional capability without changing normal MetaXuda execution.

This issue is for internal project tracking while Mexion is under active development.

More details will be shared as the work progresses.

Mexion profiling is now working with a MetaXuda Metal workload.

The run completed successfully, and the results are visible in Grafana. The dashboard shows GPU time, queue wait, CPU encoding, completion delay, thread details, and pipeline information.

The test passed with no failed or contaminated dispatches.
