Pull request overview
Updates the repository’s CI pipeline workflow to improve observability of the “detect changed Maven modules” logic, helping with status check/debugging when determining which modules to test/build.
Changes:
- Add logging of the base/head SHAs and the list of changed files.
- Track and print “reasons” when
build_all=true, and log selected services.
