Browser Back goes back one question - #44

The model chooser and the sample size planner kept their steps in page state, so the browser's Back button left the page. Each question is now its own history entry (in the URL), so Back and Forward move one question at a time and earlier answers stay marked.

Before: in "Which model should I use?" and "How many participants?", the browser's Back button left the page instead of going to the previous question.
After: each question is its own step in the browser history, so Back and Forward move one question at a time, and the earlier answer stays marked.
How: the model chooser keeps its path in the URL (
?step=…, or?model=…at an answer) and pushes a history entry per answer instead of replacing it. The sample size planner keeps its step number in the URL. Its answers stay in page state, so a reload starts over rather than showing a half-filled plan. Both pages have a test that presses Back.Generated by Claude Code
