Set up React and an asset bundler #14
Description
This should be the final step for setting up the project. The list goes:
- Adding and integrating React with TypeScript
- Find an asset bundler for handling CSS, JS (TS), etc. files
- Use "sourceMaps" or similar to allow easy TypeScript and SCSS debugging from the Dev Console
