Add opi5_armbian image for testing

Description

This update adds a Debian Trixie image for the Orange Pi 5 from Armbian to the image matrix. The Orange Pi images we have been using are from the Joshua Riek repo, which hasn't been updated in over a year and was recently archived. Armbian, on the other hand is actively supporting the Orange Pi 5 boards and provides newer kernels and current Ubuntu and Debian distributions. If we can validate that PhotonVision works well on Armbian, we can swtich to these images for the 2027 release.

One additional benefit is that the minimal images from Armbian are ~300MB, which is about 1/3 the size of the Joshua Riek images.
