New setting Trigger Stream-Mapparr After Scheduled Check, off by default. As the last step of a scheduled check that reached the end of its list, after every rename, move and delete, the plugin calls Stream-Mapparr's on_iptv_checker_scan action in process through PluginManager.run_action. Every failure is logged and swallowed, so a sibling fault never turns a finished check into an error. Dispatcharr's connect event bus drops any event name outside its fixed list, which is why the call is direct.
