Ported client-side parts of intabia 17c2e7756:
- connection.ts: reconnect resend jitter, visibilitychange probe with fast
reconnect, request size/timing diagnostics
- livequery: refreshConnect drops idle queries on long gaps, refresh
concurrency cap (4), smallest-first refresh order
- presentation: slow refreshConnect logging with per-class stats
- workbench connect: pass reconnect gap to refreshClient
- docs/connection_reconnect.md
Skipped: repo restructure (plugins/client{,-resources} removal), clisr,
server-side and dev/* changes.
