Summary

My account appears to be stuck due to a DepositWallet backend initialization failure.

Funds were deposited successfully, but the account cannot complete initialization.

As a result:

• API credentials cannot be generated.
• Trading is impossible.
• Withdrawal is impossible.
• No blockchain transaction is ever created.

This looks like a backend/account-state issue rather than a wallet issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login using Base Account.
2. Open Portfolio.
3. Press Withdraw.
4. Select destination chain (Ethereum or Base).
5. Enter amount.
6. Base requests EIP712 signature.
7. Signature succeeds.
8. User returns to Polymarket.

Expected result

Withdrawal transaction should be created.

A blockchain TX hash should exist.

Funds should be withdrawn.

Actual result

Immediately after successful signature:

"Something went wrong. Please try again or contact us."

No blockchain transaction.

No TX hash.

No gas spent.

Withdrawal never reaches blockchain.

Additional problem

Trading is also impossible because:

Unable to generate API credentials.

This strongly suggests DepositWallet initialization was never completed.
