This is needed to expose this property that was added to
<paper-menu-button>in PolymerElements/paper-menu-button#158 .<paper-menu-button>has a versioned release containing Add a property to passexpandSizingTargetForScrollbarsthrough to the internal<iron-dropdown>. paper-menu-button#158 and the dependency is updated here to include it.
