A python tool to find weather of a city

This consists of 3 levels

Before starting this,you have to sign up for https://openweathermap.org/ and get an API to be used in the code

LEVEL 1 This code will help you to input a city and get it's corresponding temperature in kelvin

LEVEL 2 The previous code is been modified to display temperature of the given city in Celsius and Fahrenheit units

LEVEL 3 The code has been again modified to display an emoji which corresponds to the present weather conditions of the given city
