Release PTxray 1.8.0 with complete IBM i selection and offline FLRTVC reports - #21

Conversation
Ship automatic offline IBM FLRTVC assessment with complete AIX HTML/JSON exposure evidence and the full 134-check IBM i selection. Publish the same verified runner/helper bytes as the platform bundles, current runtime requirements, and explicit manual evidence and review-copy limitations. All 81 public tests pass. Signed manifest verification, generated version and catalog checks, privacy/redistribution guards, and packaged no-egress validation of 784 distinct programs pass. GATE-CHANGE: Migrate retired monolith assertions to signed composed bundles; retain historical integrity and privacy negatives and expand archive and assessment-egress coverage. The release keeps eight signed payloads and exactly eleven assets.

AIX reports now run the separately acquired, pinned IBM FLRTVC engine offline against captured inventory and include validated exposure findings in HTML and JSON. Incomplete engine execution stops report generation. The IBM engine and APAR feed are not redistributed in the release bundles.
IBM i defaults to all 134 shipped checks, including both CIS levels and operational checks. The release adds the distinct Level 2 QRETSVRSEC check, fixes native portability, and removes socket probes and network-backed SQL fallback from assessment. Unavailable evidence and partial benchmark coverage remain explicit. Current composed reports still require manual privacy review before sharing.
The signed 1.8.0 bundles, documentation, and public integrity checks are updated together. Validation includes 81 passing public tests, 784 packaged programs passing the no-egress audit, signed payload verification, and native full-report acceptance on AIX and IBM i. Archive checks reject unsafe entries, unexpected executables, and redistributed IBM delivery data while retaining the historical integrity and privacy cases.
