POI: Personal Omics Interpreter

POI (Personal Omics Interpreter) is an efficient and user-friendly tool that assists clinicians and researchers in resolving patients' multi-omics therapeutic biomarkers to obtain treatments supported by clinical evidence or potentially feasible.

Prerequisite:

1. You need to install the Docker environment required.
2. You need install ANNOVAR version >= 2016-02-01.

git clone https://github.com/PreMedKB/POI.git

Usage

After the download is complete, you can start POI using the following command:

cd POI
python3.6 poi.py
