This PR adds a governance regression test that deploys a malicious token contract and verifies cross-contract reentrancy during
cast_voteis blocked. It also adds frontend startup RPC reachability/CORS warning support and configures the local Docker quickstart node through an nginx proxy to expose the RPC endpoint with explicit CORS headers. Fixes #68 and #81.
