Introduces a floating frosted-glass Top Pill Navigation Bar layout option (תפריט עליון מרחף באפקט זכוכית), giving users the choice between the classic edge-to-edge top bar and a floating pill capsule.

Highlights & Visual Details

1. Floating Frosted Capsule (TopPillNavigationBar):

   • Modern floating pill (PillHeight = 54.dp, PillCorner = 27.dp) centered at the top of the viewport.
   • Dark translucent backdrop (Color(0xFF141418) @ 82% alpha) with multi-stop frosted sheen gradient.
   • Subtle drop shadow depth and specular rim border highlight (Stroke(1.2.dp)).

2. Fluid Liquid Indicator Lens Physics (LiquidIndicator):

   • Dynamic 2-edge spring-driven indicator (Animatable left and right edges with distinct lead/trail damping ratios).
   • Generates an organic stretch-and-glide fluid motion behind nav items during D-pad navigation.

3. User Preference & Settings Toggle:

   • Adds Top Bar Style (Standard vs Floating Pill) under the Appearance section in TV Settings and Mobile Settings.
   • Backed by DataStore preference ( op_bar_style) with seamless live reactive updates across all top-bar hosted screens.
   • Includes English & Hebrew (�alues-iw) strings.
