• Modified Typecho theme Joe to be native Snowfox theme (typecho(?!.org))
• Made Joe the default theme for Snowfox (install.php line 243)
• Fixed Joe header problem (/usr/themes/Joe-Master/public/header.php line 82-109)
• Added default values for theme Joe (install.php line 243-311)
• Changed icon and favicon address to https://cdn.aurorum.co/project-snowfox/theme-joe/img/icon.png and https://cdn.aurorum.co/project-snowfox/theme-joe/img/favicon.png (install.php line 245-246)
