When
pnpm run validate:release-contractevaluates this commit,validateReleaseCoveragecompares this value withrelease/v3-release-contract.json'srelease.version, which remains4.0.0, and reports a mismatch atscripts/validate-v3-release-contract.mjs:95-97.
