docs(native-api): regenerate dartdoc and rustdoc for Flutter 4.0.0 (native-API drift check) - #53

…d the current crates The Documentation site workflow's native-API drift check failed on main: the committed dartdoc/rustdoc artifacts still matched the 3.2.0-era manifest while their sources had moved on (Flutter 4.0.0 added the hooks library and regenerated providers; the three Rust crates' Cargo manifests and lockfiles changed). Regenerated with the pinned toolchain the generator enforces (Flutter 3.44.8 / Dart 3.12.2, dartdoc 9.0.5, Rust 1.88.0). website/native-api-pubspec.lock is refreshed (--refresh-lock) because the documentation copy of the Flutter package now needs flutter_hooks, hooks_riverpod and listen, which the old lock did not resolve. docs:native-api:check now verifies 49 source files and 1,545 generated files.
