Records the installed artifact hash, receipt lookup timings, bounded startup measurements, health response, and durable worker queue movement for the direct lookup and dimension-projection changes. Both deployment tasks are closed while the remaining historical backlog is explicitly retained as an open release condition.
Validation: strict OpenSpec validation passed for both changes, along with
git diff --check.
