docs: Fix typos in "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream" blog post

2. Missing word: Added "agent" to "Sometimes the will escalate" → "Sometimes the agent will escalate"
3. Redundant word: Removed extra "highlighting" from "highlighting escalating critical issues" → "escalating critical issues"
