Release 0.2.3 — multi-model registry hardening.

• Bump [workspace.package].version 0.2.2 → 0.2.3 (+ Cargo.lock).

• Registry/multi-model vision: mm encoder-output cache keyed by content hash, not model → cross-model feature leak (503 shape mismatch) #132 — multimodal encoder-output cache cross-model leak fixed: the key now folds in a stable per-model signature, so --registry multi-model vision/audio no longer 503s on a shape mismatch when two models share an image.
• --registry eager-preloads every model at startup, ignoring --max-loaded-models (slow startup, contradicts load-on-demand) #133 — registry eager-preload now bounded to --max-loaded-models (was: preloaded all N at startup).
• README refreshed 0.1.0 → 0.2.3; docs/CLI.md notes the model-scoped mm-cache key + bounded preload.
