Welcome to the community health repository for the PythOS Project.
This repository contains shared issue templates and organizational-level files that are automatically applied across all repositories within the PythOS GitHub, unless a specific repository includes its own version of these files.
Currently, this repository includes the following:
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/– Standardized templates for reporting bugs, requesting features, and submitting other types of issues.CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md– A code of conduct outlining expected behavior and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.SECURITY.md– Guidelines for responsibly reporting security vulnerabilities.
📌 Note: This repository does not currently include
CONTRIBUTING.md,PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, orFUNDING.yml. Contribution workflows may be defined at the individual repository level.
The primary goals of this repository are to:
- Provide a consistent and professional experience for contributors
- Minimize duplication of community files across multiple projects
- Support the onboarding of new contributors into the PythOS open-source ecosystem
We welcome suggestions and contributions to improve our community standards.
If you have feedback or proposed changes, please feel free to open an issue or submit a pull request.
